Raising your vibrations to attract your desires

I’ve come to believe that everything is energy. Every thought we think, every feeling we hold, every word we speak—it’s all sending a message out into the world, like a frequency broadcast from our hearts. And the wild, beautiful part about that energy? It’s magnetic.
Have you ever noticed how things seem to fall into place when you’re feeling good? Or how everything feels a little off when you’re out of alignment? If so, you’ve already experienced what I’m talking about.
You don’t have to be a mystic or a monk to raise your vibration. You just need to be aware of what you’re putting out into the universe. Like attracts like, and so, when you raise your vibration, you don’t chase your desires—they come find you.
Here are some gentle, powerful ways I’ve learned to raise my frequency and create space for what I truly want:
Choose Joy—Even in Small Doses
You don’t have to be bouncing-off-the-walls happy 24/7 (we’re human, not emojis). But you can choose joy in small moments: Music that lights you up. A walk outside. Belly laughs with a friend. Joy raises your vibe faster than almost anything—and it’s always available in some form.
Clear the Low-Energy Clutter
We all carry around energy baggage—old emotions, fear-based thoughts, even toxic environments. Gently clear what doesn’t serve you. Journal it out. Sage your space. Say no to what drains you. Letting go makes room for what you do want.
Fuel Your Body with Life-Giving Things
Eat vibrant, whole foods. Move your body in a way that feels good. Hydrate. Rest. When your body feels alive, your vibration naturally rises. It’s like telling the universe: I’m showing up for myself. I’m ready for more.
Feel the Feelings—Then Choose Higher
You don’t need to spiritually bypass your hard days. But don’t let your anger and fear build up. Acknowledge the feeling, let it move through, and then gently ask: What could I focus on now that would make me feel better?
Act As if It’s Already Yours
One of the quickest ways to attract your desires is to live like they’ve already manifested. Envision this version of yourself who has received what you want—How does she speak, move, dress, carry herself? Be her now—and watch what shifts.
Practice Gratitude
Gratitude tunes your energy to the frequency of abundance. But when we’re feeling overwhelmed, or like things are not working out as we hoped, it can be hard to feel grateful. Fortunately, there’s a quick and easy way to incorporate gratitude into your life. Every morning, name three things you’re thankful for. Every night, name three more. It’s a simple habit with radical results.
Think of your vibration as an invitation. It’s the way you say to the universe: Here I am. I’m ready. I’m aligned with what I desire. So today, raise your vibration not because you have to—but because you get to. Because the life you want is already circling you, just waiting for you to become a match for it.
